Agrylle (in wide release/Apple TV)
Director Matthew Vaughn reteams with Henry Cavill for a spy comedy, in which a novelist’s spy books seem to predict the future for a real spy organization. With Bryce Dallas Howard, Sam Rockwell, Bryan Cranston, Catherine O’Hara, Dua Kipa, Ariana DeBose, John Cena, and Samuel L. Jackson.

Scrambled (in wide release)
Leah McKendrick wrote, directed, and stars in this comedy about a single woman in her mid 30s who decides to freeze her eggs. With Ego Nwodim, Andrew Santino, Clancy Brown, and June Diane Raphael.

The Tiger’s Apprentice (Paramount+)
A Chinese-American boy has to protect a phoenix egg in this animated film, featuring the voices of Henry Golding, Lucy Liu, and Bowen Yang.

Bosco (Peacock)
This thriller is based on the true story of Quawntay “Bosco” Adams (Aubrey Joseph), who broke out of jail with the help of a woman (Nikki Blonsky) he met through a personal ad. With Tyrese Gibson, Thomas Jane, and Vivica A. Fox.

Orion and the Dark (Netflix)
Screenwriter Charlie Kaufman takes his most unexpected turn yet — adapting Emma Yarlett’s children’s book into an animated action comedy.
