Not a great week for football, as the Bulls end their season on a losing streak, and the Bills blow another close one. Men’s basketball is also off to a rough start, but the women are dominating, with a 40-point win over Kutztown on Sunday, plus a 78-69 win over St Bonaventure during the week to extend their win streak to 4. UB Wrestling and Swimming both resume their seasons this week after a break.
The UB Volleyball team, after a dominant regular season and a quick exit to the MAC tournament, have been invited to represent the conference at the National Invitational Volleyball Championship in New York this week. Abby Leigh, Mandy Leigh, Courtney Okwara, and Katrin Trebichavska all earned All-MAC honors, and newcomer Manoela Forlin earned All-Freshman.
