This Week in Buffalo Sports – October 8, 2023
Bulls football is starting to turn their season around, with a second straight win over Central Michigan. Volleyball just keeps getting better, sweeping Central Michigan to improve to 15-3. And Women’s Soccer has a rough week, losing to Ball State, and tying with Central Michigan. (No, we don’t know why Buffalo played Central Michigan in every sport last week.)
In tennis, Daniils Snaiders and Cheng Tang made it into the round of 16 in the ITA Regionals tournament, which will be played on Monday. Results from the women’s tournament have not yet been released. The Bills suffered and embarassing loss to Jacksonville early Sunday morning, and the Sabres open the regular season at home against the Rangers on Thursday.
