Lead On! — Dominic Floro
We’re back with an episode featuring Dominic Floro, a UB double alumni! Dominic worked in the corporate world for 17 years and then in July 2020, transitioned into a nonprofit company. Dominic also has two siblings that currently work at UB, Phyllis Floro (check out her Lead On! interview) and Carmella Marinaccio, Administrative Assitant to the Dean of Students.
