Lead On! — Dan Kaczmarek
Happy National First Generation College Student Day! Today we are talking to Dan Kaczmarek, Director of Assessment and Research at the University of Buffalo and first generation student. Dan talked to us about the importance of transferable skills, and learning how to be adaptive in a time of constant change. Dan left us with a great piece of advice, “Do it right the first time.”
Interested in celebrating our first generation students, faculty, and staff? Check out the events happening this week.
